Organic hemp peptide powder is a hydrolyzed form of hemp seed protein, produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of organic hemp seed press cake followed by ultrafiltration and spray drying. Protein content is ≥80% (dry basis) with oligopeptide content ≥20% (molecular weight ≤5,000 Da).
Hemp protein naturally contains edestin (~65% of total protein) and albumin (~25%). Every batch is third-party examined (SGS or Eurofins), with THC content controlled below 5 mg/kg. The light green powder dissolves well in cold water (≥90%) and suits beverages, nutritional powders and functional formulations.
