Organic phycocyanin is a blue phycobiliprotein pigment-protein complex extracted from certified organic Arthrospira (Spirulina) platensis. It is available in multiple grades with phycocyanin content of ≥15%, ≥20%, ≥35% and ≥50%, covering food, supplement, cosmetic and research applications.
Every batch is third-party examined (SGS or Eurofins) under strict organic controls, including microcystin-LR testing below 1 µg/g. The vivid blue powder is fully water-soluble and stable across pH 4.0–8.0, widely used as a natural blue colorant and protein ingredient in beverages, confectionery, supplements and skincare formulations.
