Organic rice protein powder is produced from certified organic rice grown in Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinces (Northeast China). The protein is extracted, purified and dried, and consists mainly of albumin, globulin and prolamin fractions.
It provides more than 80% protein (dry basis) and contains 18 amino acids, with no cholesterol. With its mild taste and good solubility, it is used in plant protein drinks, sports nutrition drinks, bakery and nutritional powders to raise protein content.
