Organic soy protein concentrate is produced from certified organic, non-GMO soybeans by removing soluble carbohydrates while retaining most of the protein and dietary fiber. It provides at least 70% protein (dry basis) with less than 1% fat.
It is naturally gluten-free and free of additives, making it a practical plant protein option for vegan and vegetarian formulations. With its characteristic flavor it is used in plant protein drinks, bakery, meat analogues and nutritional bars. We recommend hydrating it with a larger volume of water due to its relatively thick consistency. You can also add fruit or vegetable powders to adjust the flavor.
